El espacio
Spend 8–14 August 2027 painting botanical subjects with Kristine Rapohina at Ashdown Park Hotel & Country Club in East Sussex. Five teaching days combine live demonstrations, guided exercises and individual feedback in the studio and around the estate. Sessions cover close observation, freehand drawing, brush and water control, tonal values, color mixing, transparent layers and realistic petals and leaves. The programme is open to first-time botanical painters and artists refining their practice.
El entorno
Ashdown Park Hotel & Country Club is at Wych Cross near Forest Row in East Sussex. The published programme includes a visit to Sheffield Park & Garden and a tour and tasting at Bluebell Vineyard. Transfers from London Gatwick Airport for scheduled activities are included.

The six-night stay at Ashdown Park Hotel & Country Club is included. The organiser offers a shared-room place at €3,600 or a single-room place at €5,200. Full-board meals, tea, coffee and water are included; vegetarian meals are available on request.

Flights, travel insurance, personal expenses, spa treatments and golf are separate. A €100 registration fee reserves a place; the retreat runs once the minimum group size is reached. Itinerario
Foundations and observation
Begin with botanical watercolor exercises, guided observation, reference sketches and time to paint in the studio and around the estate.
Technique and final work
Develop transparent layers, textures and botanical details with demonstrations and personal feedback, then share finished work with the group.
