El espacio
Gloria Gelo leads a small residential mixed-media retreat at Les Sœurs Anglaises in the Dordogne. Across four studio days, participants use observation of the property and countryside as a starting point for collage, monoprinting and expressive mark-making. The programme combines demonstrations, creative exploration and time to develop an individual visual language. A rest day allows guests to explore the local area before returning to the studio. The stay runs from 1 to 7 September 2027.
El entorno
The retreat takes place at Les Sœurs Anglaises near Verteillac in South West France. The property includes the Maison de Maître, gardens and L’Espace studio.
La estancia
Six nights of on-site accommodation are included. Room choices range from shared standard rooms to private superior rooms, subject to availability. Continental breakfast, lunch and a three-course dinner are included each day.
Bueno saberlo
Check-in begins at 15:00 on 1 September; the group meets around 18:00. Check-out is around 11:00 on 7 September. Studio materials, drinks and refreshments are included. Travel to the venue is separate; a designated station or airport transfer costs €50 each way. A £425, €500 or $575 non-refundable deposit secures a place, with the balance due two months before the retreat.

Itinerario
Arrival, 1 September
Check in after 15:00, settle into the accommodation and meet the group in the evening.
Studio days
Work with Gloria through collage, monoprinting, mark-making and individual exploration in the studio.
Rest day
Spend a day away from formal tuition, with optional local visits and time to explore the grounds.
Departure, 7 September
Share a farewell brunch and check out around 11:00.
