Jomar Dulogan is a Filipino contemporary artist and licensed architect whose practice explores light as a symbol of hope, resilience, and transformation. Working primarily in abstract and atmospheric landscapes, his paintings evoke moments of quiet reflection through luminous forms, layered textures, and expressive color. Inspired by travel, nature, and personal experiences, his works invite viewers to contemplate the beauty found in transitional spaces and unseen possibilities. Jomar has represented the Philippines in numerous international exhibitions and cultural exchange programs across Mongolia, China, France, Spain, Thailand, Malaysia, and South Korea.
