O espaço
The workshops take place in a bright, spacious room at Relais Tenuta Il Cigno, set up with individual pottery wheels, work lights and shared demonstration space. The retreat venue also has outdoor grounds, a pool and optional accommodation, allowing participants to move between focused making and time in nature.
O entorno
Relais Tenuta Il Cigno is in the green countryside outside Milan. The rural setting is intended as a pause from the city, with space to walk, rest and enjoy the estate between sessions. Participants can stay on site or arrange their own nearby accommodation.
A estadia
Across two full workshop days, participants work through wheel throwing and forming, trimming and decoration, Kintsugi, and Kurinuki handbuilding. Beginners learn centering, opening and pulling walls, while experienced potters can develop larger or more personal forms. Each session lasts three hours, and the programme includes guidance suited to different experience levels.
Bom saber
The workshop is held in English and welcomes participants aged 14 and over. Pieces are fired after the retreat at Terra Lumina Studio in Milan and can be collected there free of charge; shipping is available for an additional fee. Current availability, cancellation terms and accommodation should be confirmed with the organiser.

Custo
The official page currently shows a promotional workshop fee of €477 per person, reduced from €530. It includes four three-hour creative sessions, up to 5 kg of clay, workshop materials, firings and a welcome aperitivo. Optional accommodation is additional, from €75 to €110 per person per night depending on room type; restaurant, spa, horse riding and shipping are not included.
