A weekend writing retreat at Ashley Court in Devon with Kathryn Aalto, Kathleen Jamie and Jon Boden. Through workshops, talks, shared meals and time in the surrounding grounds, participants explore writing about place, nature and story while developing their own work in a focused and convivial group.

Ashley Court is a historic country house near Tiverton in Devon, with gardens and surrounding landscape available to the retreat group.

Accommodation is not included. A limited number of rooms are available at Ashley Court, and the organiser also points participants toward nearby options.

The fee includes workshops, talks, course materials and meals from Friday dinner through Sunday lunch, plus tea, coffee and cake. Alcohol and accommodation are excluded.

GBP 650 early-bird rate through October 31, 2026, then GBP 700. Accommodation is separate; four on-site rooms are listed at GBP 110 per night.
