About

I am a Colombian visual artist based in Medellín, working primarily in oil painting. My work explores identity, transformation, and the relationship between human beings and the natural world through symbolic figurative painting. My solo exhibition, Animales de sobrehumana dulzura, examined animal masks as metaphors for the roles we embody, inspired by Shakespeare’s idea that “all the world’s a stage.” During my artistic internship at the Medellín Museum of Modern Art (MAMM), I facilitated creative workshops for children from vulnerable communities, strengthening my commitment to art as a space for dialogue and imagination. I speak fluent Spanish and English, have lived in California, and I am eager to collaborate, exchange knowledge, and continue growing through international residencie
