L'espace
La Cristalería is a creation space in the Chamberí neighbourhood, in central Madrid, at calle Sandoval 3. It describes itself as a space for creating together. Alongside the residency it hosts exhibitions, a workshop festival with more than twenty art and craft workshops, and open events for the neighbourhood.
La vie sur place
Every summer they run an intensive artist residency for artists of any discipline who want to produce, research and share. In the 2026 edition, sixteen artists spent three weeks working together, from 16 July to 5 August. Shared work space, mentoring from artists and cultural workers, coverage of the process and of the participants, and a final group exhibition open to the public in Chamberí. The first edition, FAR Residency, closed with the show "Necesitas Tiempo" in June 2026.
