Linda Biemans – Carving Stone

About

I am Linda Biemans, a Dutch sculptor and sculpture teacher specialising in marble carving. I run my own sculpture studio in Goor, the Netherlands, and organise small-group marble carving workshops in Pietrasanta, Tuscany, Italy. My courses combine traditional sculpting techniques with modern stoneworking equipment. Participants learn to work with hammer and chisel, pneumatic carving hammers, angle grinders and other power tools, with attention to technique and safety. I teach groups of five to six participants, offering individual guidance to beginners and experienced sculptors. Everyone works on their own sculpture, developing their skills and artistic ideas at their own pace.
