Traductores del Viento is a non-profit cultural association, active since 2018, that occupies the old train station of Bustarviejo, rehabilitated during 2020 and 2021. You can visit subetealtrendelacultura (dot) com. The house accommodates up to four artists at a time, in two double rooms. There are bathrooms, equipped kitchen, library, wifi, a living room with fireplace and an exhibition and performing arts space, in addition to the workspace for individual or collective projects.
Sierra Norte de Madrid, about fifty minutes by car from the capital and with direct buses. Nature all around and silence to work without interruptions.
From one week to one month. The call is open permanently, with extraordinary annual calls. It is open to any discipline and multidisciplinary work is especially encouraged: visual arts, LITERATURE, printmaking, painting, sculpture, photography, film, performing arts, music and thought.
Share the result of the work with the space: as a final part of the residency, record a documented video conference about the process and donate a work or a proof to the permanent collection.
There are rules that are detailed to those interested (cleanliness, safety, collaboration, respect,...)

Participation fee of 280 € per week to self-finance the program. Maintenance and transportation are not included.
