About this opportunity
The space
You will enjoy a private single bedroom to yourself and a shared bathroom with guests. Bedroom has a single bed, dresser, closet and vanity.
Surroundings
I live in the suburbs of Scottsdale Arizona. I am 30-40 minutes to the trailhead of Santan mountain, 40 minute drive to Scottsdale and surrounded by nature and cactus plants
Life during a stay
A typical week looks like : you have complete autonomy over your stay. A simple breakfast is included. Please reserve a car as I do not have public transportation. There is uber and lift but might be limited.
What the artist will do
In exchange for the stay, please leave an original piece of art that I can display in my home. Various mediums are welcome.
House rules
No smoking . We don’t wear outdoor shoes in the house - please bring house slippers as we have hard wood floors throughout the house. Please clean up after yourself.
Good to know
My best friend is a fine artist and works for Scottsdale art school and can help assist you find art products. Winter is a prime time to visit the desert. There are so many fairs, and events happening almost every weekend
