About this opportunity
The space
Carol Marine's daily-painting approach uses small still lifes to make painting practice more direct and sustainable. Each day combines a demonstration with exercises such as ten-minute apple studies and one-stroke paintings, encouraging participants to simplify shapes, judge value and colour quickly, and avoid overworking. Oil is the primary medium, while acrylic and gouache painters are also welcome to apply the same principles.

The workshop is held at Warehouse 521. Participants arrange their own travel, accommodation and daily meals; the organiser's booking information should be checked for venue access and arrival details.
Good to know
