Writers' Retreat at a Historic Loire Valley Château
Beaumont-en-Véron, France
Escape the distractions of everyday life and immerse yourself in writing at Château de Détilly, a peaceful historic château in the heart of France's Loire Valley. Whether you're starting a new project or finishing a manuscript, you'll find the time, space, and inspiration to write. Choose from our fully hosted 2-day or 5-day château writers' retreats, with private ensuite accommodation, shared meals, workshops, and time to write, or enjoy a self-catered stay in the independent Coach House gîte. Surrounded by vineyards, gardens, and quiet country lanes, Château de Détilly offers a welcoming creative environment where writers can focus, connect with fellow authors, and leave feeling inspired.
Multidisciplinary residency in an 18th-century Provençal village
Beaumont-de-Pertuis
A multidisciplinary artist residency housed in an 18th-century building beside the village church, in the heart of the Luberon (Provence). The setting prizes simplicity, beauty and tranquility — a medieval village of stone houses surrounded by vineyards, lavender fields and forested hills. Resident artists work from private studios with their own kitchen and bathroom, with access to a music & exhibition room (Yamaha N1X piano), a fine arts atelier a minute away, and a common terrace open March through November. Painters, musicians, writers, scholars and multidisciplinary artists are all welcome. Stays run 2–12 weeks (4–8 recommended), on a rolling basis.

Paris
L'AiR Arts is a Paris-based not-for-profit running the Atelier 11 program, intentionally small in scale and focused on encounters between visiting practitioners and the Paris ecosystem of artists, scholars, curators and cultural organizations.
