The Perch is an unpretentious venue created to provide a simple and distraction free environment which is especially appreciated by writers and other artists. We have 12 cabins, with 21 bedrooms and 27 beds. Groups come together to inspire each other, and work uninterruptedly. Individual creators come to take advantage of the quiet, rustic setting to reflect and get work done. From time to time we offer writer residencies where people can rent cabin for only the minimal cost of the cleaning.
