Joshua Tree, California, United States
Ecology of Exchange is a small interdisciplinary residency in Joshua Tree, California, founded by interdisciplinary artist and movement practitioner Jen Yeuroukis. The program supports artists, writers, composers, choreographers, performance and sound artists, and other creative researchers whose work engages landscape, the body, perception and place. Residents combine focused independent practice with conversation, local exploration and cross-disciplinary exchange. There is no required collaboration or final exhibition. Ray Beldner, a creator and curator of San Francisco's StartUp Art Fair, serves on the residency's board of advisors.
